Considering what a nightmare things were when this season started for Sabrina, things are turning out not-so-bad, eh? Nothing ominous with that, right?
Sabrina’s opponent in panels 5 and panel 6 is Ashley Conda, the snakewoman who visits here and on the forum, and who has had run ins with Brandy Brandt and Dyna Mo! Now she’s taking it to Sabrina. Who do you think wins?

Whoops, forgot to mention (since fixed. see above!) that Sabrina’s opponent here is Ashley Conda, most notably known for her work on the forum and her great matches vs. the Cowgirl Brandy Brandt and her fantastic multi-fall match with Dyna Mo Chen.

If you and Tyrannus were on a date, I’d have to admit it wouldn’t be YOUR safety I’d be worried about.
When I see people talking while they’re kissing I often shout at them to shut up and enjoy the moment. They think I’m rude. Then I tell them to get out of my store. They’ll note that we’re not in a store. At which point they typically vacate the scene, as I immediately turn to a random passerby and demand that they return my coat.
The day is saved.
I think I’ve seen that film. Wouldn’t work at the malls around here though.

I have to admit, that would be an outrageously cool finisher.

will I expect Sabrina teaming up with Katherine Smith..

Sequence would probably go: Kat takes opponent over to her corner and pulls the opponent’s head into position -> Kat reaches over and tags the Ultratwinkie -> Kat powerbombs the opponent, setting her up in position for the splash, while blondie climbs the ropes. -> Sabrina hits the splash while Kat crosses the ring to knock the opponent’s partner off the apron -> pin
Pitch perfect.
Sadly, I just don’t see these two working together in this capacity, but definitely something to keep in mind.
At first i was confused about the sequence. Well I still am LoL But great action. Yes, all the panel. Curl her toes!!!
Just my way of speeding up time. 😉 Showing that Sabrina’s got things pretty well as we come to the end of Chapter 4.
Ultraplex- i like it. i know someone else used that finisher- superkick into a suplex pin i juust can;t remember who. Beer Money? i can see the Cocoa influence on brina’s ring gear in their 5 second pose. almost twins. i see brina’s picking up a few more techincal tricks during her stay here as well.
poor Yoshi though- the tie never got tied 🙁 though i admit i would chuckle if the next update shows them in bed (with covers cause we’re PG after all) after all’s been said and done and all Yoshi’s wearing is the still untied tie looking at brina with a pleading look in his eyes as he points to the tie.
WGTT did the KickPlex. Eddie Edwards used it with a couple of partners. Dunno about Beer Money, but I can’t recall them doing it.
yup WGTT was the ones. i thought it was someone before Beer Money but could only recall Storm being in a tag team and using a superkick finisher. forgot about Shelton completely.
and yeah on second glance it seems i missed the timeskip completely. last panel convo now seems clear to me about referring to the shirt thievery brina is partaking in.
Think a few people missed this:
Sabrina is dressing Yoshi.
The last we saw of Yoshi, his tie was on just fine.
Something happened between these two points in time that have caused Yoshi to get undressed.

btw, Brina looks pretty faded in that anaconda. Maybe this is a multi-fall match…
I left it open for interpretation between Sabrina and Ashley. I wouldn’t object to people reading that the two panels happened during different matches.
I assumed that was one of his shirts that Sabrina was wearing, too. Huh.

You know, I’m honestly not sure who I based the superkick/plex on, but WGTT works just fine for me too. XD

Old school close & personal mat wrestling, not ground and pound. I believe it was the mainstay of British pro wrestling before the WWF/WWE invaded. Women were especially good at it because of their lower center of gravity.
It’ll be fun seeing if Sabrina could squeeze a submission out of Ashley or somebody else.
Like SHIMMER maybe? I’m thinking of Del Ray, Lacey and Melissa.
The center of gravity is part of it, but there’s also the flexibility. Conversely, men have more upper body strength, of course, so they could do sustained lifting holds (the suspended arm lever comes to mind,) that the women generally couldn’t.
That’s the catch style from back in the formative years. Callie and I were good at that. When we’d go pub hopping she’d get loaded and I’d catch her when she’d fall. No problem.
Brenda used to complain that I didn’t catch her nearly as well.
I told her give me warning and time to round up four stout men (which wasn’t that hard. Brenda always had a knack for attracting stout men) and she’d be caught just fine.
We’ve had Brenda, Trevor, Golden Gal Dizzy, and now Ashley Conda in the comic. *Crosses fingers and hopes he’s next*
