Chapter: Chapter 8 - Ride the Sky
Location: Rival Angels Headquarters
Painfully, we know once and for all the actual involvement between Vincent and Sabrina. Not so scandalous in this day and age, but certainly not a pleasant conversation point between an employee and their employer. And, Vincent’s just not very smooth. Time for Sabrina to dump the chump.
Lots of body language in this one (at least I hope it comes off that way) even Michael in panel two is telling us something without saying anything.
So now Sabrina knows. She knows that Vincent is a Rival Angels referee and that both Vincent and Brooke have been lying to her for a bit now (about 60 pages in total). But what will Sabrina do about it now?
Serves her right. After it’s pointed out he and Brooke were hiding the relationship details, and the way he’s lied to her, she still asked him to defend her? Is there something more blond? than blond? I mean really.
Although I think Vincent needs to be more scared of Rini than Sabrina. Ultragirl is trying not to ruin the carpet. Rini looks ready to give her version of Sweet Chin Music. What a moron. If Vincent doesn’t get a shoe horn to pry his foot from his mouth, he may get fired for stupidity.
…and if he does, he’ll probably ask Sabrina on another date since they’re not coworkers anymore. >.<
Love the body language though. Well done.
Oh! I really can’t get the point here.. I hope wrestling will be on the next update.. I sorry.. I’m kinda not into relationship type, break up drama..

I just want to ask here.. Commissioner Gabrielle. here is like she is punishing both Vincent and Sabrina. but Commissioner Gabrielle said “I wouldn’t care if Sabrina is sleeping with you, Michael.. as long as it discreet” so why get bother this? or Commissioner Gabrielle just want to ask, for curiousity sake..

Panel 2: Michael’s body language is like saying.. (come on Commissioner Gabrielle, fire Sabrina.. so the GoDDess can grant me my wish)
Panel 3: Second base? second base is the kiss in the Ma- fisher right? is it rue that kiss is the second base?
Maybe I’ll suggesst “Ultragirl” Sabrina Mancini to find a knight.. a man that can protect and love her not this Vincent guy.. shsshh.. and it’s also “Ultragirl” Sabrina Mancini’s downfall too.. if Sabrina meet a handsome guy, she will try to be friends with him.. like the one of the Halloween Voting Incentives..

Brooke is very good at manipulating guys.. firs Vincent and then Michael.. if the Commissioner is a man.. “There goes the neighborhood” Brooke will be the Rival Angel heavyweight champion.

Another Add On..So Vincent really doesn’t love Sabrina? right? coz Vincent didn’t defend her..
What is it with Brooke? Michael and Vicent have been easily manipulated by Brooke.. surely Sabrina is more beautiful than Brooke.. Brooke just got a big boobs.. what’s up with that?
Hey Salazen! Yeah, Sabrina got more than she bargained for when Vincent started talking but she’s still shellshocked by the whole thing and it was more of a panic move. Anytime anyone messes with Gabrielle’s numbers/money/plans, you’re in for a rough time. Vincent does seem to be unaware of that fact currently. Maybe a double Ultrakick from Sabrina and Gabrielle? 😉
Hey MGC! I think Vincent’s too ignorant to love anyone but himself right now. XD Brooke’s saving grace is that she’s hooked the right kind of guys in her service. As an example, Jake the Lolipop bartender seemed to be least interested in Brooke. The whole point of Gabrielle calling this meeting is that she suspected that Brooke wouldn’t do the ‘right thing’ and inform Sabrina of her potentially damaging relationship. Its clear now that Sabrina isn’t very happy with the current revelations. Now that Gabrielle has brought this to Sabrina, Sabrina is more than likely to resolve this little problem of Gabrielle’s for her. Its true that at the end of the day, Gabrielle doesn’t care who’s doing what with whom, but if she can make things ‘smoother’ business wise, she will. That’s why she’s the commish! Wrestling will come soon but we have some loose ends to tie up first, sixty pages in the making, but rest assured that its coming. Oh and Second Base is how Vincent explained it. Use your imagination. 😉

Shawn, you’d have to think that a showdown between Sabrina and Brooke is coming. It’ll be interesting to see it go down.
We’re not worthy. We’re not worthy. I have to echo… wonderful job on the body language. It tells it so clearly and it’s so nice to get more character development than just ‘he’s the handsome lying ref’. He’s a pig. He’s scum.
And, unfortunately, Sabrina is in a no win.
She -can’t- stay with him. Not as much of a babyface as she is. She’s seen him for what he is now and she won’t stay in that any more. If she did, she wouldn’t use it properly to her advantage so all it would be is weirdness for her.
Unfortunately, they break up and Rini won’t have any reason -not- to have him ref one of her matches. I have a feeling that Sabrina and Brooke settling their differences will be in the ring, and Maximus Pigius… uh… I mean Michael will make sure Pigius Minimus, AKA Vincent is the ref. Can you say slow counts boys and girls? I knew you could.
I just hope this chapter won’t go to emotional love drama.. like Sabrina Mancini crying because of her boyfriend. like love stories or love drama do.. Â
Thanks Salazen!  I think these sort of situations are worse than catching a beatdown in a  match.  Lots of hurt feelings, resentment…not a good time.  Assuming that Sabrina could get past the lying thing from Vincent, it really would be weird, but weird, surprising things can happen in Rival Angels. 😛 (I hope didn’t sound too hyperbole). Vincent and Michael working together?  Interesting….they do have a couple of similar interests, one of them being Brooke.
