I think Xtina needs to focus on beating Krystin for the TV Title instead of conquering Brenda for Locker Room Leadership. If she wants the Locker Room Leadership, she should be fighting Brenda for her title instead of fighting for the TV title.
Hard to say, really. When you’re looking to unify the underclass against the privileged few, do you try to gain entrance to that ivory tower, or do you try to attain a position that’s still leadership, but not so lofty as those you’re aiming to bring down?
I’m starting to see this storyline in kind of a new light…
There can be a place for her. Under me. She can go there voluntarily and learn from the best as my lieutenant. Or I can put there here via my Celtic Hammer! But that might not be the learning experience she wants.

That was a quick fight and way to spread the word about the new locker room leader Xita.
I mean the Catgirls should’ve known better than that and I’m surprised that the boss hasn’t punished them yet.

Oh the boss did punish us, she didn’t give us a cut of the profits from the big rating increase to the big show. Then she said if we ever did anything like that again she would check the rating….
Gabrielle is very mindful of the bottom line. It’s sometimes a balancing act.
i see xtina’s tongue hasn;t gotten any less sharp as the days go on. seems she thinks her locker room coup d’etat is working out pretty well but i think there are still a few people who may disagree with xtina’s declaration.
tv champ vs RA champ between xtina and Brenda would be a good matchup the lcoker room vs the 1% ers so to speak. except of course for Darth Yvonne’s upcoming upset and winning of the title that is (hides from brenda)
1%? You’ve got it wrong. I came up through the ranks and paid my dues with pain and blood. Xtina doesn’t realize it takes more than a belt to be a leader. You need vision, a firm hand tempered by compassion, and respect. You need to be able to enforce your will when needed. She might get there someday. But just popping her head up and crowing doesn’t make it so.
Frankly, I think she’s smarter than this. I smell a rat here. And it smells of Yvonne’s cheap perfume. Y is looking to distract me going into this big match, and has been feeding Xtina a line – one with a hook and sinker. But I’m onto her and it’s not going to work. I’ll deal with this rematch and then the punk.

Nobody who talks about “the 1%” gives a crap about how you got there. Work hard your whole life, figure out how the system works, play smart… so what? All they care about is that you’re successful and they’re not. No time to interview the people they’re crusading against! They’re on a mission!
That said, the locker room is perceiving a very real problem, and justified or not, you’re seen as part of it by association. The things that go on in the skybox clearly aren’t about looking out for the best interests of the locker room, after all… and you’re in the skybox.

And you’re totally wrong about the locker room. They’ve got it better than anywhere else they could be, with opportunity to go as high as their talent and hard work can take them. They get coaching and free health care, sick and vacation and family time, and benies commensurate with their contributions. They for sure have it better than under Yvonne, who only does what’s right for Yvonne.
I’ll keep my own counsel on class, (other than to say that as Americans, you all mostly lack it,) but it IS ironic that in response to being called a 1%er, Brenda responds by touting the benefits of trickle-down! 😀
Looks more like socialism to me. Possibly even communism. Talking about all the free benefits they get, and how they’re so lucky to have what they’re given, while the underclass is eyeballing the entrenched establishment and noticing how there’s no class mobility. Sounds like Europe, and wouldn’t be out of place in China.

Funny, all those noble words, leadership, and hard work, didn’t stop you any when Sabrina didn’t want to play the part in that screw job match and you just handed the title to her opponent who didn’t do a dame thing to earn it.
Now, be fair. That was Gabby’s doing, not Brenda’s. I really doubt the owner consulted Champ #1 before figuring out how to resolve the Champ #2 issue.
Gabby’s stance on THAT issue is probably contributing to the locker room revolt too. Bringing in disgraced exes who Don’t Get It to interfere with matches, trying to leverage their way back into wrestlers’ personal lives, and punishing people who aren’t on board with that… Pair that with the Catgirls’ “accident,” and it looks like management is trying to use wrestlers’ personal shames to boost ratings…
Let me just jump in real quick….
This isn’t a theme about who’s doing what wrong. It’s that there’s always going to be people that put a target on the back of successful people, right or wrong. It’s my mission to make the question of right or wrong (poor job performance or resentment), a hard one for the readers to answer, basically, show both sides of valid arguments.

The explanation is to show that the INTENT wasn’t to publicly humiliate Sun, it was to get an edge in the match. That it went off the rails shows that plans don’t always go smoothly.

Why do I get the feeling that “Word around the locker room” is Xtina-ese for “I deciced” ? Though you can’t really argue with how she presented her, kind of dick-ish, argument.
Also I have to be a little impressed. Not that the Catgirls won, mind you… but that Snow was able to pin someone 3 feet taller than she was.
Xtina is getting a little ahead of herself. That declaration would’ve meant more in FRONT of the locker room. Still, she must have a good idea how things are going to go.
Donny is right. Xtina is playing a clumsy pr game to plant seeds of discontent where none exists and try to set herself up on a pedestal as the solution. That’s not how it’s done. I predict she’s going to get toppled and crash.
There was an old pc flight sim game where Chuck Yeager would pop up after a big fail and let you know you Augured in. That would be appropriate here a she’s looking to soar with the eagles.
While what Xtina says may seem a little presumptuous look at what has gone on recently. Sun’s secret hits national TV, Sabrina was supposed to fake a match, etc. so it’s not like she is wrong that a change is needed.
Xtina would also site when Black and Blue were running amok through the roster in their anger over losing to Ultradragon. Remember that Gabby sic’d them on Ultradragon. Xtina grabbed Victoria and attempted to stop them, which obviously, the roster that got beat up by Black and Blue will remember.
Well, there ya go. Even if you don’t like the method of delivery the message itself seems needed.
