Chapter 03-Page 25-Stranger Things
Krystin had a lot going against her, just like the main cast in STRANGER THINGS, including being less than 100% because of helping out Brooke before against Hell’s Belles, but she pulled out a tough win against a rough opponent. You guys know that one success in the ring isn’t enough to pull her out of the hole she’s dug but it’s a start.

Um Rampage, wrong finger there, sweetheart. But I’m loving the show of respect by Krystin
I assumed she was making a gesture illustrating some sort of colorful rant about some anatomically improbable place Krystin can store something vastly oversized for the purpose.
She was saying her opponent was #1
Whoops! lol
Wow, where did that come from? I guess there was a lot of working the legs and/or back that we didn’t see. Oh well. It wasn’t the action that really mattered, in this match. Krystin getting the win, and acting mature about it, is a fantastic turn of events. Glad her life decisions are starting to pan out.
it’s like vintage wwe action where if you have an arm based submission finisher you spend the match working on the legs to set it up.
or lots of leg/back based damage off panel.
actual respect giving to the opponent is an interesting direction for her to go here though. as opposed to the more “i’m def tech so of course I should have won” attitude of pre “blabgate” krystin had
TRUTH. I would’ve loved to spend more pages on this, but the story of the scene was to show Krystin, still flawed, but trying.
Heh, ‘BLABGATE.’ This is a different direction in attitude for Def Tech. It remains to be seen if it can last.
Maybe that hold was of the ‘tap or snap’ variety, a la the Kimura Lock. Basically if it is held on for longer than a short period it would cause serious injury — in this case I think it would be Rampage’s left knee that would be the joint in question. I do agree that it is better ring psychology to work on a limb towards the finisher, but there is something to be said for moves that are guaranteed match enders if they are performed successfully.
Wow, is that Krystin being… HUMBLE?
Disciplined, anyway…
yes to both, but not such a stick in the mud that she can’t enjoy the moment afterwards.
She learned that from e. I am after all so humble I’m proud of it.
I’d hate to say “I told you so”, but… I totally told you so!!! XD XD XD
Yeah sell it honey!
You totally did. XD
i love the look on Krystin face when she got an up and close peek at her opponent’s foot. Does she have a foot fetish? Hmmmm? Tell the truth Albone. I can see her fighting the urge to lick it….
Your impressions are your reality kitten hehee
Her fetishes are her business. 😉
Krystin NEEDED a win like this after all she has been through. I’m glad parts of her hard work have paid off.
Now it’s UltraDragon’s turn to pull off a win.
Krystin DID need that win and success breeds confidence. It was a step in the right direction for her.
Brooke won. Krystin won. Can Ultradragon take down the Towers of Terror? Because this match is for the right to face the tag champions, Black and Blue at the PPV.
Hmm looks like Ramage’s hips are at rest. So this is a calf crush finish of so. Or a spine/calf attack. Either way, very impressive finish to a big threat.
Nice bow. Rei, kohai!
A new move that Krystin picked up along the way. 😀
I think I’ve seen SDR use something similar.
Not sure how her hips could be at rest in that position. It looks like she’s trying to flex to keep the pressure off of her back, as if it was a regular Cloverleaf. Which, of course, only adds pressure on that knee separator…
Hey, that’s pretty mean! I like this.
Outstanding performance! Krystin shows that she has grown and has learned to be a better person and I love her for it :D! Hope that she can keep it up.
Totally called it, leg submission for the win!
Glad to see Kristin is being a little more modest now. Even Rampage gave her a salute. Though Kristin’s bow looks a little stiff.
