Chapter 10-Page-3-Unprivileged Conversation
It would seem that Sabrina has at least one person on her side, and one that’s a bit of a surprise.
Even though Vince is taking the heat for the trainwreck, Michael’s not out of the woods yet.

Well there’s an interesting spin. But why would she go to him? Doesn’t she know he’s not got that power?
Or is it that she thinks she can get to him and have him carry the ball?
Almost certainly the latter, Brenda. Why face the angry boss herself, when she can get Michael to do that instead? Granted, Michael’s word might not carry a lot of weight right now, but still probably more than Brooke’s, and it will keep Brooke out of the line of fire anyway.
Go to him? Very simple, he said he records every conversation with a female and turns it over to the boss. So she can tell him her feelings, the boss listens to it. Very safe way to do it because he won’t yell at her.
Consider him a sympathetic ear.
I seem to recall someone suggesting months ago that Brooke might be going babyface. Who was that?
Oh, that’s right. That was me!
Interesting to note that Maddie isn’t a complete idiot, despite still being with Michael…
You made a good call, keep up the good work.
Now make a prediction about me that I’ll love.
You’ll wake up on time to hit the gym and lose 2 lbs as a result
You’ll win your next match with Brenda.
Hmmm… she wouldn’t be awake for that since she’d be dreaming. Just like you’re dreaming you’ll take my gold.
You will sleep in, eat something tasty, then have a nice nap.
I have a feeling she’s about to find out about Sun’s little deal with Gabriella.
Now that would be interesting.
If Brooke found about it would she tell Sabrina?
If Sabrina knew would she cry because her bestest friend is gunning for her?
Is Sun really going to hurt Sabrina?
and last of when are you going to clean the litter box Brenda?
Why would I do that when i can put it out on the balcony?
What’s that?
What’s winter got to do with anything?
Honestly, THIS should have happen from the start. That way Sabrina wouldn’t have to be punished for this mess. 🙁
Brooke maybe making things worse by going back to Michael for help again after all they been through and what happen because of it. The boss has the right idea in recording Michael’s conversation with ANY female talent to make sure a mess like the wedding NEVER HAPPENS AGAIN.
Well the next question to that is if Sabrina had lost the match in an honest fight would the boss still be pissed and have fired Miss Kat?
To many what ifs.
Why does everybody pull the “SHE STARTED IT EXCUSE!” excuse for why Sabrina shouldn’t have been punished. They were both fighting, they were both at fault for what happened.
Tyrannus, I’d explain to you why it’s wrong to punish someone for self-defense when attacked, but I feel like you already know, and are just being a jerk about it.
Brooke started the fight but stopped when Sabrina fell over the edge and went to go check on her, but Sabrina kept going and could have stopped anytime after that. Why should she be immune, is it because she’s the baby face?
Also, I’m not being a jerk, I’m being a rational human being.
“Rational human being.” I ‘hear’ you say the words, but I don’t think you understand what they mean.
When someone attacks you violently, you have every right to defend yourself. Therefore, Sabrina was not in the wrong for the fight at the wedding. Yeah, there was the thing with the fall, but here’s the thing about taking serious shots in the middle of a fight – you’re often disoriented afterward. Adrenaline and trauma combine to make it really hard to recognize that the person who just hurt you is no longer trying to hurt you – your brain is trying to regain enough function to prepare you to defend yourself, on the assumption that you have to. Situational awareness is one of the last things to return after a shot hard enough to disrupt full consciousness, at least momentarily. By the time it does, you’re fighting again, because if you’re not, nature assumes you’ll probably be dead.
I guess you don’t understand how fighting works, or something? That’s the only reasonable explanation I can see for your position.
…so it was out of pure self-preservational instinct that she punched Brooke in the tit, then?
Hmmmm…
If Brooke keeps this up, I might have to re-evaluate my opinion of her.
I wonders if I has the sources to make me aware of this development…

Acting is serious business!
Albone is confusing us.
Sun was good and now is bad
Brook was bad and now is good
Next we find out Sabrina has a twin sister she never knew about
And Sabrina’s evil twin has a goatee!
What?
_All_ evil twins have a goatee! TV has told me so, and TV would not lie!
And… you saw it on the Intrenet with no LoL at the end.
All heels should have beards! XD
Sun was never “Good” She was just a good friend to Brina. Remember Sun always wanted to join damage inc not exactly a stable of goodie toeshoes. I love Sun she’s one of my favorite characters but she definintley has a temper and some other issues. Despite that I still think she and Brina will wind up as friends in the end.
Not sure what angle Brooke is going for here or if she’s playing an angel maybe she has changed but I’m adopting a wait and see attitude on that
And she finds out she had a baby she never knew about. As the world turns, so do the days of her lives…
The Blunda’ from Down Unda’ is up to something. She always is.
I’m leaning that way myself BUT I reserve judgment it is possible that Brooke has had a change of heart.
Brooke doesn’t want to see Sabrina get fired. That’s interesting. Maybe Sabrina has more friends than she thinks. Or it could simply be a matter of her still trying to butter Sabrina up to the point she doesn’t lay the smackdown on Brooke she so rightly deserves. Or maybe it’s some third thing I haven’t considered.
Either way, Vincent says he regrets his actions and he accepts all of the blame. That’s great. I’m not buying his resignation one bit, though. He got fired once, if Gabrielle had half a brain, she’d have done so again after this mess and made him say he resigned.
I think it should read “Somehow, I should have SEEN this coming.” That pointed out, you think, Mike? Hindsight is a wonderful thing, isn’t it? I hope bad things happen to you as a direct result of this. It’s been too long coming, and I for one just can’t wait to see just how badly things turn out for you.
I think he should lose his office and get put out in a cubicle. It’s not as if he has outside visitors and needs quite to think. On the former, he has nothing anyone need. On the latter, he has nothing at all.
He needs to lose his job. He could not possibly have pulled a more bone headed move if he had tried. Hell any competent businesswoman would have fired him for having an affair with one of the wrestlers.
He should at least lost Larry, his personal assistant.
Michael, Michael, Michael… Gabrielle should have had your ass grilled on a bed of lettuce months ago. Then maybe she could have hired someone whose judgment was worth listening to and she wouldn’t be in this spot.
Never know what’s still coming…but then she might like Maddie’s Recording solution as well.
Well with Brooke and Michael in Sabrina’s corner, things can’t HELP but go well for her…
We should put Sammie on the case to make sure everything’s on the up-n-up.
Good choice. See to it, Sam!
Wait, Brooke’s sticking up for Sabby? But what’s in it for Brooke?
Also, good to see what’s the deal with Maddie – although, if she’s looking for revenge or that 3-way, we can definitely make that happen. Just saying. 😉
Maddie has it noted. 😉
Good. A little more depth to Brooke. Glad to see it…and sad for the folks who don’t understand a little more dimensionality to her.
I think some readers are dubious of Brooke’s true intentions. As always…more next update! XD
Brooke is not a bad person, she just has very poor judgement and thus makes very poor choices. Remember it was her who started the fight that got Sabrina shipped to Japan. Brooke now must know that she did wrong and is trying in her own way to help Sabrina. It’s what Krystin would have done earlier in the comic, but now she’s all about her. I feel Brooke now is trying to show she can be a good friend by sticking up for her.
Wow, Brooke showing some integrity here
This looks very sympathetic of Brooke. Or is there more to it. Aussies know best? http://youtu.be/WlnYbgF6tYk Coming up for Michael too I think.
Why was Vince allowed to resign his position? If I’m the owner (Gabrielle), I’m thinking that firing him would send a much stronger message to the rest of the lockerroom. I’m not certain that I ever want the lockerroom to think that the ref is biased (They all assume that the refs are incomponent).
At least now, we know that the backstage argument was overheard. Is Brooke doing the right thing here? This is also the right approach to make to get a match against Sabrina. Sabrina/Brooke is PPV worthy and a nice way for Brooke to get back in the spotlight.
Is trying to help Sabrina but Brooke’s Haters can only think she is only in it for herself. Never thinking that maybe just maybe she has remorse for what she did…heaven knows why. Sabrina as usual brings it o herself.
Hey BBD great to see you back. Hope it’s an indication that Chloe will be back in the story soon ha ha. For it’s (a) title (won’t happen, but hey it’s worth a try ;-)) http://youtu.be/myVsvrDrigc
