Kat’s evening actually gets worse, and Krystin gets some measure of revenge for her broken hand (check the link!) and I think everyone can guess what’s in store for Xtina and Krystin. With Krystin slated to make her return at the BAD BLOOD Pay-per-view, a unification match for the TV title will add to a stacked card that includes Brenda vs Yvonne for the World Title and Black and Blue defending their titles, but the question is whether or not Xtina will still have the interim belt or not. What do you think?

The only reason I don’t want to see her run over by a steamroller in the ring is because it would bust the ring.
I find it amusing and consistent with Krystin’s self-absorbed attitude that she takes Kat to task for taking the belt without winning it… When not too long ago she was going on about how Sabrina should have taken it. I suspect she’s not even aware of this hypocrisy right now.
So… I’m thinking we’re heading towards a turning point for her development as a character. Specifically, if she can move out of her current self-absorbed frame of mind before she finds herself a very lonely champion. While Callie would point out the importance of looking out for number one, I’m adamant in my belief that friends are an absolute necessity for a person’s state off mind.
Delving very slightly into my personal info when I state that I know from experience… feeling alone in the world *really* sucks.
The drugs are not helping her.
Think the Rivals need to do an intervention?

And yet while I’m glad to see Krystin being the one to teach Kat a lesson, Krystin still had her own trouble with her trying to “speed up” her recovery by taking…”drugs” and when that’s found out…she may even suffer worse than what Kat did. 🙁
Maybe she should stop trying to use drugs to heal the hand and go wild and replace the hand with a hook, then she’d be even harder to defeat.

Is Rival Angels gonna get more titles? The roster sure is big enough to get at least 2 more to defend, least, one for mid card (if the TV championship doesn’t count for that) and one for the lower tier carders.
I’d sure like to see a Hardcore Championship join the fray of championships, the girls more than enough proved to take the serious….or rather harshest bumps enough to have a division for it 😛
I think the issue is that more titles tend to dilute the importance of the already existing ones, which need to be presented as real prizes to aim for. As it stands, there’s pretty fierce competition for the TV and Tag belts (the world title is ALWAYS sought after as the top belt), and more titles tend to make the ones already in play less sought after. In short, more titles makes titles in general less “special”, and winning one less of an accomplishment.
There’s something to what you say, but I’m not sure how strong the effect is. Look at your big international fight related events where you have medals for different weight brackets. I think this shows that the prestige is due to the level of competition as much as anything else. So long as everyone wants the World and TV and Tag titles and fights for them, you’ll have the competition to keep them tops. Not to mention the perks and $$$
Weight classes are a different story, since they have their own built-in exclusivity, namely that they are only available to people of a certain size range. Done well, it’s awesome and gives smaller wrestlers a chance to shine when the very real barrier of how effective their offence can be against someone twice their size. Of course, weight based belts need to be booked well… Having heavyweights regularly coming in and squashing juniors tends to lower the prestige value of those belts.
I think the UFC and Invicta do weight classes very well. There’s usually no shortage of good fights.
I’ve been working off of the ECW model for a while where the TV belt (and RVD) were one of the high points of any show. I think if I were to add another belt, it might be to the tag team division.

and how will that come to be Albone? I personally think it needs another singles championship…..HOWEVER now that you brought up that a new one could possibly be for the tag team division, a Trios Championship (which is mostly done in Mexican promotion) does seem intriguing

No plans for 6 person championships but there are plans for 6 woman matches.

Not that Kat has been needing an attitude adjustment, but Krystin just escalated things to Def-Con 4. You can bet the Belles will be gunning to do some damage next time.
But, after her little parade in the locker room it was nice to see the big butch put in her place a little (*impish giggle*).
It seems that the Belles and the Upstarts are always going to be at odds in some form or fashion. After all, Brooke hasn’t forgotten about them, or her last match with Jen.
yvonne carmichael what is her wrestling style, i see her dressed in wrestling gear but we have not seen her wrestling as of yet. Is this match with brenda rua going to be full view? i want to see yvonne wrestle, by the way good going krystin but do it to jennifer.
Well I can tell you that Yvonne is a solid wrestler. She’s strong, got skills and is a thinker. I don’t take her lightly. The Damage Inc stable is an additional a factor too.
Yvonne is a technical wrestler, a methodical one at that. She likes to use angles in her attacks.
As for her match with Brenda at the PPV, the nature of the match (have I said what kind of match it is yet?) doesn’t lend itself to show the whole thing but it’ll be more than a one page recap.
Oh come on! Brenda vs Yvonne is the Main Event, so it should be fully seen. Besides, we all want to see why Brenda is the champion to begin with. lol

Well knew that Krystin was going to go off on the competitors. Just didn’t know that it was only going to be Kat. And even though she does seem a little crazed while yelling at Kat it is understandable given what she did to her. And she also has a very good point about Kat just getting the belt without ever earning it. Though she may want to talk to someone else about that too. After all Kat did accept the belt, but she wasn’t the one handing it out like a cheap carnival prize.
Krystin has more respect for Xtina and plust there’s the issue of the broken hand which is how this whole mess started in the first place.
In Kat’s defense, she was ‘ordered’ to take it. She figured since she was a former champ, it’d be okay to accept it, not following Sabrina.
The same person that wanted Kat to take the belt is also the same one that put Krystin in charge of the match. 😉
I think the ref needs a ref. Pretty sure it’s illegal to beat on one of the wrestlers…much less after they won, to boot!

*sighs* Stupid, Krystin. Very stupid. Why do these people’s ego always seem to make them forget that the person’s whose butt they just put a beatdown on won’t seek revenge? Ideally at a time that’s the most inopportune for them…
I’m no fan of revenge for its own sake, but putting her on the shelf during a title reign? You can’t let that stand.
Right, but at the same time, now that Krystin’s next in line to get the title back, and Kat’s nursing a grudge of her own because Krystin cost her the title herself… The logical choice to get revenge from Kat’s point of view is during Krystin’s match against Xtina for the belt and cost her HER chance.
We should have a Triple Threat match for the TV title of Krystin vs Xtina vs Katherine.
That might just be inevitable.
