Here’s an image I did for fun at the Livestream last month between Krystin and AFW’s Lucy the Crusher. It doesn’t look like it here, but I imagine that this is a friendly ‘roll’ or sparring session.
In case you don’t know Mounted Arm Triangle, or Triangle Choke works by using your opponent’s own arm to force a blood choke and cause you to pass out. Which is why Krystin has a knowing look. 😉
