Referee Sharon Gonzalez finally had enough and has thrown Jen and Chloe out! But even in ejection, they’re able to cause one final distraction where Kat makes the most blatant and damaging attack yet. Time and time again Sabrina has shown an amazing resiliency but this might finally be too much.
Voting Incentive!
There’s a certain Ultragirl at Kat’s mercy and we know that Kat doesn’t have any. Vote to see what’s in store for Sabrina.
Wait… a low blow? I think my confusion might be understandable on this one, Alan, hehe.
Er… you think if a woman gets kicked in the crotch it’s not gonna hurt her? Women might have less down there than men, but it’s still an extremely tender and sensitive area.
:-O
I was going to talk about how Sharon Gonzalez may be a former wrestler.
I was going to talk about Kat’s coming out (it’s about time) a few episodes ago.
I was going to talk about the Pink Bishoujo Ghetto ray Rival Angels Stadium has that turns every guy in a ten mile radius either invisible or stupid.
I thought I was going to settle this whole commutation of crowd reaction thing (I know it only works if you cross international borders, but I thought the French liked Hell’s Belles, not just Chloe)
Yet, all I can think of is four things:
1. Krav Maga
2. King of the Hill (THAT’S MY PURSE!)
3. The Alphabet of Manliness
4. Mortal Kombat
Instead of feeling bad for the following butt-kicking that will make Sabrina lose this match, I can’t stop laughing. And all the while, the one referee that’s immune to the ray’s effects totally missed it! She’s supposed to be the smart ref! XD
Hahaha!!!
I remember that episode of Bobby Hill.. did that to ‘Hank Hill’ hahaha
Mortal Kombat
Johnny Cage
Oh, man. Looks like Sabrina is NOT going to win this one. Still and all, once they roll the tape, Kat just MIGHT get a DQ on this one…but I don’t know. Still, it’s a major setup for the following fight. And one wrestler once said, in words that were never truer, “A match is just a promo for another match.” We’ll see.
Actually there are groin protectors for women. They’re called ‘Jills’. And getting kicked in the groin can be even more dangerous for women than men. Minor damage to the pelvis can lead to infection and a quick death.
Well that’s one way to take out the competition 🙂 Being thrown out by the ref from ringside is something they will be teased about by the folks backstage. As for the low blow, no matter who you are any sensitive area punched, kicked, pinched, etc hurts… I sub-consciously feel for Sabrina. This is the time for her to turn it around. Yup, most definitely.
It does hurt. A lot! I wear a “T” and it still hurts. Aside from the possibility of fractures that Coel mentions, the girdle there is especially dense with nerves. If you want a clue, strike a coffee table with your shin. And… oh… double that. Go ahead. Give it a try LoL
I liked the mule kick to Jen. That’s a very strong kick and if Jen wasn’t prepared she’ll be sucking air for a while. Word in the back is she’s good at s… ummm never mind.
Banning Jen and Chloe may not matter much at this point. But maybe Kat will play with her prey for a bit or showboat long enough to make for a last window?
I’m betting on showboat. The Pink Bishoujo Ghetto Ray (love the name, by the way) works on women too, or how else would you explain Brooke, the Belles, and the Yorkies? ::he and the boulangerie crew make up a box of icepacks for Sabrina::
OK, I guess the extra protection explains why most of the Hell Bellies have a bigger package than I do…
Even if Sabrina makes it out of this match in one piece – and it’s starting to look doubtful – how is she going to fight Chloe de Sot?
At this point, Sabby has to hold on for that opportunity Brenda said or pray she hurt Kat enough to minimize any damage that can be dished out. By the look of the incentive, Kat plans on putting some extra hurt on though, not just the pin – after all where’s Sharon? No ref, no count and unfortunately no one to stop her from stomping Sabrina.
Knowing Sabrina won’t just roll out and bail on the TV title, she’s going to be in no shape to face Chloe – win or lose. But, for some, is ’bout principle.
Oh those tricky Belles. If they’re not cheating, they’re not trying.
Chris, if any confusion remains, don’t take my word for it. Ask a gal if it hurts. 😛
JSN, regarding the 4 things you listed, I really don’t know what you’re talking about. So…you think Sabrina’s going to lose?
Darkmark, it’s looking terrible for Sabrina right now and even when she finally catches a break with Chloe and Jen getting tossed, she still is the victim of foul play. Not only does this look bad for Sabrina’s TV title chances but also her match later on with Chloe.
Coel, generally a good idea to avoid a kick to the crotch no mater the gender. 😛
Hey Kurt! Yeah, it’s not over for Sabrina, but it’s looking pretty grim right about now. The only thing she has in her favor is that it’s finally a one-on-one fight but she’s got the wind taken out of her sails. Will she be able to recover before Kat puts her away?
Champ, excellent analogy! My shin is hurting just from reading that. I see the rumors of Jen have spread. lol Glad you liked the mule kick! I think Jen would’ve stayed down longer had she not been thrown out. As for Kat, we have yet to see her win a match that Chloe didn’t first hit in the head with a weapon.
Hey Cookie Ogre! I’m glad you’re familiar with the Pink term. I honestly drew a blank. But what I gather from what you wrote, I’m not as bad pigeonholed a writer as JSN is suggesting. 😛
GhostEraser, that is the $1,000,000 question! She always knew that she was in for a rough, hard night and now it’s really starting to take form. Those dreams of celebrating her TV title win with her friends and champagne are starting to fade, let alone, win or lose, how she’ll hold up against De Sade.
Dyna, we’ve seen that Sabrina is tougher than a $2 steak but she’s got her limits and they’re sorely getting tested. Sabrina’s a gamer and will stick it out to the end, but she would’ve loved for Sharon to have caught the low blow. 😛
I think it’s a good idea to avoid a kick anywhere no matter the gender! 😉
Panel 2: why is Chloe always go near Dawn? maybe Chloe likes to hangout with her ‘Chlo nation’ hahaha!!
Panel 5: I think Sharon Gonzalez, will be fired.. and riot going to be held.. Chloe have backstage power..
Look at Sabrina.. “*”
That’s a coldplay…
Sabrina might be singing ‘yellow’ after that..
“Look at the stars.. look how they shine for.. you”
or maybe Powerkick!!
Ultragirl got ultrakick, Powergirl got powerkick..

once again even in ejection the Belles still manage to find a way to turn things to their advantage. as the VI shows, Jeff’s still in luck as Kat’s obsesssion with brina’s hair continues. Looks like Kat can finally slow things down to her pace now as Brina’s got the “wind” knocked out of her at last. which is not a good thing for Brina
<meanwhile in the back Brooke, Krystin and all of Krstin’s family vainly try to hold Sun back from charging after Kat and getting brina DQed after that low blow>
I think it’s a brawl kick, but lower.. or maybe a running punt, but not to skull..
Come on, MGC! You know why Chloe is hiding behind Dawn. Dawn is the only RA employee that Chloe is reasonably sure that Sabrina won’t hurt and therefore a useful shield. While De Sade might not be an out and out coward, it’s a cowardly move and I think even you can see that. Gabrielle put Sharon out their as the ref on purpose and as you’ve seen before, whatever backstage power Chloe thinks she has is nothing compared to Gabrielle’s. ‘Powerkick’ is an apt name but it’s one that’s probably going to come with fines or disqualifications. Look, I absolutely love Nicole Matthews but I don’t fool myself into thinking that she’s not a heel, or that when she cheats it’s somehow honorable.
jpiv, the Belles have done this sort of thing before. Right out of their playbook which is why De Sade is so calm, at least for her. Jeff is fiending for a lock of Sabrina’s hair. 😛 Yes, Kat’s speed is deliberate, and measured, the exact kind of thing that Sabrina was hoping to avoid.
I really don’t like Sabrina to win.. Albone..
and I’m a Hell’s Belles fan.. even they’re heel.. I really support Hell’s Belles.
🙂
You smark, you :p
Right move for the ref here, but that must hurt, yeah. A pressure point is still a pressure point on a woman, although it might not be quite as incapacitating.
I still think Sabrina will come back. It’s one on one now, she’ll tough it out and take the title.
Because DeSade has enough pull in Rival Angels right now to actually get a ref fired…sure, keep telling yourself that, love. 😉
Of course Sabrina is going to lose this match. I said she’s not coming out of Heaven and Hell as the TV champion. If she did win the title, she would have a belt that could be used to introduce us to the rest of the Rival Angels roster (provided the usual TV title rules apply here) while still striving to get revenge on Chloe for making her quit/pass out. A rookie with a major title? It has to be second-rate if even a rookie can win it, right?
As for the midnight ramble, that’s because of the fifth panel. Not only is it the funniest and the most unexpected moment in the entire comic, it raises so many questions about Katherine and the whole RA roster.
Dont feel so bad Bree Im sure I would be speaking in symbols to if I got a boot to the groin.
Ken, I think Sabrina’s going to be feeling that one for a while. Sabrina’s got the will and the toughness to keep going, but will it be enough?
Heh. Trevor, it seems you know De Sade well. A little too much bluster for her? XD
Hey JSN, I see what you’re saying but I think I’m more confused. You know about the old TV title stipulations (defending every week, 20 minutes time limit) so I wonder why the questions about Hell’s Belles popularity and comparing Sabrina to Cena. I’ve said from the beginning that I based Sabrina off of Ricky Steamboat and Sting. Even though Sabrina’s never been a champion, you still compare her to Cena. The Belles….I think it’s just common sense that if someone is acting a fool, hometown or not, you’re going to get dissed. Do you actually remember Lex Luger ever getting cheered over Sting? Ever? Who do you think gets cheered in Detroit in a match between Steiner and Sting? Did you know that Rick Rude and Shane Douglas got booed in their hometowns? How about when Brett fought Bulldog in Manchester? Bret wasn’t cheered as much, but he wasn’t booed. A rookie with a major title? Yeah, that’s never happened in the WWE.
/rant
Ninja’d by Comichero! lol, yeah, that was basically to note that she was making an unintelligible noise. 😛
Albone: On the cheering thing, I’ll compare it to the Russian crowd cheering Rocky over Ivan Drago in ROCKY IV.
On cheering thing, I recently watching crowds at WWE and TNA shows where both face and heel got cheers just due to intensity of the match. Look at Tara/Mickie feud. (Which is sadly put back now since Tara (Lisa) tore ligaments in her elbow during their cage match)
I know ive seen it happen only once before some one speak symbols when hit in the daddy bags, as to ninja-ing you it was bound to happen sooner or later to great and handsome men like our selves often think the same think and feel the urge to post at the same time most fo the time we can overcome this urge but our better judgement failed us that time
Actually I’d never heard of the Pink XYZ Ray until JSN mentioned it, but it makes sense that there’s something that makes Jeff act like Jeff. On most others the effects only last during the shows, but those who are exposed to it regularly like some of the wrestlers get more lasting effects. 😉 Jeff must have been using it on himself regularly in a vain attempt to gain superpowers.
Darkmark, yeah, that was pretty crazy and I think during the height of the cold war. Off topic, the last Rocky movie was pretty cool.
Dyna, I’d love it if crowds were more respectful like that. It just burns me to see them boo an irish whip reversal. I think I went off on a rant with JSN. Guess I was just being sensitive. 😛
Comichero, I guess we just strive then, to be the best we can. XD
Cookie Ogre, yeah, this TV tropes Pink whatever is pretty fun and interesting. Did you know that Rival Angels has it’s own page there? 🙂
Am I the only one who thinks it’s still too early to tell who’s going to walk away from this? How soon we seem to forget the all-out wars matches used to be when wrestling was real and the winner was the person genuinely the last one standing. … Okay, so maybe they weren’t all like that all the time, but with a new title on the line and immortality with it as the first champion in the division, yes, Sabrina is down, but she’s not out yet, damn it.
