On the other hand, while I can’t see the current VI yet, an American that Sabrina knows is confirmed. That, combined with the emphasis on a certain word in the first comic of the new season… yeah, we know who Neko Suki is. I know you’re tired, Sabrina, but you can do it! Just like last time!
Beautiful continuity, Boss. Well executed, too. Not too obvious, and it feels natural, with a solid lead-in.

Voting Incentive is working again! But, I don’t think it’s who you think it is. Normally, I’d play it up, but if you think it’s Kat….Kaci has said that Neko is Atlas’s girlfriend, so we’d know that something pretty big would’ve changed.
I made that point about Kat myself recently. I was trying not to drop the name directly right before the reveal, but Mo did, and we’ve agreed on that point since page 1 of season 2 or so. Danielle Perfection!

An American that Sabrina knows…with the nickname of Neko Suki. I have a feeling it’s a fairly important character…maybe the TV champion that Chloe insulted? I really have no idea.

I get the feeling that the new person may be Chloe… Maybe it’s just by the foreshadowing. I may be wrong, or tired, or both.

Didn’t they just say, specifically, an American? Chloe isn’t an American. Danielle Perfection. It’s obvious for a number of reasons. Granted, the clues leading to that conclusion could’ve been deliberately misleading, but I don’t think so. Danielle is the only character so far who has never been in Rival Angels. Only Chloe and Black Widow have LEFT Rival Angels. Chloe isn’t American, and Sabrina doesn’t actually know Black Widow. Danielle Perfection, though, she was feuding with in developmental, at the start of the comic. The start of the comic, specifically, so if it is Danielle, it’s a clever use of a literary technique that creates a feeling of continuity between the current point in the story and the beginning. Years later, that’s kind of important!

Haven’t been around a lot lately. So I’ll put in my guesses. If not Perfection who I’ve been dying to see again (and was basically yelled at about it since she was a no name that had no reason to be there -_- yeah I remember that). Or that ex-cheerleader turned goth hack from developments.

So, looks like some of us have been making unfounded assumptions. Neko Suki isn’t the American that Sabrina knows… but it does look like Sabrina’s getting beaten up by a familiar face on page 1, assuming we’re reading it right. Interference? We know that certain people liked to get to Sabrina that way, back in the day. An attack after the match, perhaps? Heck of a way to welcome Ultragirl to Japan!
I’m looking forward to finding out how close we are to the truth, but I don’t really care either way, as long as the person we see abusing Sabrina on the season’s first page eats an Ultrakick!
It’s so hard for me to keep quiet about all of this…! The truth is coming shortly.
